Embassy everybody come on in thank you for waiting MCU come on Inn hope everyone's doing well another interesting week the good news is it is it Friday I remember to send the email this time hopefully the email didn't go through okay thank you yeah I'm going to get myself into that habit I can set it to this I'll set next week's to send today I will automatically do it make sure we don't forget anybody that maybe wait another two or three minutes we'll see who else arrives and the kids can probably comments on this I'm finding that I am a nervous talker and one of those people there for quiet for too long I shouldn't have to say something I never thought I was that kind of I thought I was comfortable with Silence has but apparently not because we get in these meetings and it's just I got to say something so they don't think the camera is Frozen large eyes and thank you all for coming that's nice to see everybody we are just as a reminder we are recording this meeting it is recording right now so it's that whole little speech I just gave his all recorded anyone who's not here will be able to we'll get started in just a minute or two how to make sure everyone has a chance to get today Central oil sitting at my desk because it smells nice and the other day we were really busy day and I found myself sitting on my Essential Oil right here and I thought I am being recorded myself flattering myself and lavender and peppermint essential oils truth Star Wars don't try to say something funny but now I'm like did it work should I get some for myself did it help fantastic I feel relaxed again I was going to try to say something silly and I'm like no wait a minute maybe maybe this is something I need to explore we do peppermint lemongrass lemongrass and the kids love it. Okay. You know I will I myself out and I also have my Bath & Body Works candle going in here my scented lip gloss I've got quite a setup going here I really do like smell I know nobody's we haven't got to actually be in the classroom yet I do take pride and how great my classroom smells at school I do enjoy fresh sense and there's there's a little bit of truth behind it not just my wackiness they do say that it can Focus that can help relaxation so I just thought I would do all the above cover all the bases candles essential oil scented lip gloss I've got it all my office smells like books all right on that note it's 2:35 so we'll go ahead and get started if that's okay and again anyone who comes in a little bit later will the court in this so thank you all for being thank you for waiting while we get started we have a couple things we'll talk about one of the first things I wanted to start with this something that I have a feeling a lot of families are curious about that was concerned that we finally started for Mass this week Zurn is meant to work at student pace so that they can get I'm looking at it kind of like to have an additional math teacher who is also giving them information maybe some of the same way some of it a different way but they can work at their own pace they're hearing it from a different voice and style to see if maybe those two coming together helps them get a better understanding of it based on the test scores from last week some of the students started most of the students started reviewing the topics from basically last week so you may have seen that your student started at less than 5 or less in stata and that was again just based on that first test what I say beneficial for them to go back soon do some of them could very well on the test I Advance them and actually put them a lesson or two ahead of where I am in class so that they feel like they're getting a sneak preview they're getting kind of a head start they filled what is 4 all of that put aside the basics an assignment will go up for Zurn on Monday and the assignment is just the kids need to do for lessons in Zurn between Monday and like Friday at midnight when they do it is whatever works best for your family we've heard a lot of concerns that those days Tuesday Thursday or Tuesday Friday depending on your class with a specials very overwhelming if possible see you as a student can get maybe two of them done on Monday or 1 on Monday 2 on Wednesday last one on Friday if they want they could do it right now in the afternoon I will check it until Saturday morning the idea is like I said I want them to have a second voice I want something that adapts to them because as well working in the zoo meetings the best I can to make sure I'm meeting their needs we break out into groups and working small sections and like that but I know that you're some of the kids I'm going way too slow for some of the kids I'm going way too fast this is another way for them to get the material Fillmore concert work at their own pace independently each lesson should then it's different from student-to-student the lessons really shouldn't take much longer than about 20 minutes or so if it is taking longer than that let me know 20-30 minutes is my understanding that's what we should be looking at for one lesson that includes actually let me show you there quickly this is a screenshot sorry we have so much fun this is a screenshot of the students screen now yours looks different again this is just my whatever version of it but there's usually there's a Sprint that they do which is just basic Fact Practice there's a mass similar word, different format the lesson itself is usually a video that's broken up into a bunch of little pieces they'll watch for about 45 seconds and then it'll ask them to do so they can prove it they understand they can practice or if they don't feel see and the computer will help them to explain what's going on and help them correct it when they finish the lesson to get you a shower of power I got just to see how they're doing we've had some weird issues with the Tower of Power being super specific the kids will try to put in an answer they know is correct that I know is correct but if the format is just we different than what the computers expecting it takes them out if you have any problems like that please let me know we will work around it because you're still nice to know that they know what they're doing it's just the computers being very they'll get a message like this by send complete bison one we watch the video that the power power basically they need to get four of these a week how they do that is entirely up to them if they want to blast through and do two or three of them on Monday afternoon that's awesome if they want to take a more leisurely Pace do One A Day I really want it to be what works for your family because I know it is an extra thing that I'm adding on to the plate but again especially after that first test I feel like a lot of us will benefit from having a bit more the reports that I look at again it's just going to tell me did you do for in a week right now I can look and it's showing me that in mrs. Fisher's class 43% of her students are already done they've done for amoor I got a couple kids that students actually headed over my class is got about 30% already said so I told the kids that was due today technically Zurn stretches it out through Sunday so if your family needs a little extra time sweet I can let that slide until Sunday since it's new and again while trying to figure it out but it's the laundry talks-a-lot short version short version for lessons for week whatever Pace works for your family ideally done by Friday night so I can check on Saturday how should I sleep with that any other questions or concerns on Zurn so far thank you I think that is a big kind of math related discussion I wanted to have this week we are going to be finishing up working with decimals decimal places and do a little multiplication of little multiplication a little division next week they have a test one week from today so the next math test is one week from today the 25th we will do it during class I will read all of the questions to the students they can work at their Pace beyond that if they need a little more time but for the most part that's going to be that our that's all it's going to be 4 on Friday just we're going to take the test so if you can your students about making sure they have scratch paper making sure they're taking the time have them record their answers on the scratch paper because they're going to take a picture when they're done just like they've been doing with their notes that way if there's an issue later I can go back and look and try to okay so about the test coming up any test corrections they're still out and students were still working on test corrections goes I'd like to have them by Monday just mostly so the students are stop the upcoming tests are not still thinking about the last one but there will be study guide again yes can be required to turn in this time yes I'll have the kids take a picture of it and submit that like they do with their know the study guide will probably go out Wednesday I may have to adjust that turning on how they're doing I've already kind of changed my plans this week because again based on what I'm seeing in class but the study guys should go home on Wednesday we'll go over it together as a group on Thursday and then I'll be on Friday okay thank you thank you for question alright anything else I can help with as far as math or social studies go I'll step in and I'm going to share my screen visual learner so I can see my screen start with Ela and unfortunately unfortunately so many options of websites and curriculum to use during online learning and the benefit of it is that using different platform allows different types of Learners access to a variety of everything from Reading passages to comprehension and writing responses that the trick with that is that is very time-consuming to ensure that everybody is successful in using these different platforms so weird introducing these platforms as a whole class to make sure everybody successful using them before I introduce something brand new so to recap and to keep things on somewhat of a routine somebody see my screen my stomach is giving me a thumbs up okay so currently thank you the independent work that the kids are doing each day I call Independent work if it's homework it's work that's done during their site of class time is through website called news Ela and this website is fantastic for two main reasons it instantly offers differentiation so I chew is the passage based on the reading comprehension skill we're working on I choose it based on the topic and when a student logs into it and reads it it can adjust the bear reading level in other words it'll change some of the vocabulary words it'll change the word count even of the path is there getting so each student is getting the same information at their level is fantastic if they go through and read it and find it difficult they can even manually change it to a lower what we call Lexile level to condense the information they're not necessarily getting any less information it's just going to be at a different level so each day are daily activity their independent activity is for them to log into musiallay the reading the assigned article there are comprehension questions in the form of multiple choice Auto generated for them on what they're reading passage was and then I have a custom writing response that I'm giving the students and that is directly related to two things it's related to our topic of the day that we talked about on the week 4 Ela and it also is relevant to that article that text at their reading and that's that's an area that we are investing our class time in right now in learning how to explain your understanding with words certainly it's at its excellent review to do comprehension questions in a multiple-choice format but our Focus right now in class time is to really use apply the skills that weren't learning and how to construct a written it's it's fantastic I'm able to see where they are as writers and readers in this same platform so you can expect that musiallay will be an ongoing daily activity for them to do now other part that I'm enjoying about it aside from their articles and text is the it's showing me how long each student spends on it so it'll tell me that the student spent six minutes on the yard when I know the word count and the Lexile level and they didn't do very well on the comprehension questions or on the writing response my first thought is they rushed through it which is a very popular trick to do in so I was spending time reiterating and I sent some emails reminding parents the most important skill that I can give these students during 5th grade to prepare them for Middle School in ela is to use their resources and what I mean by that is going back into the text or book or passage to find their answers provided or writing citing text evidence probably if I had to choose one important skill that's what it messes with that's what it would be in other words the idea isn't to read through a passage as fast as you can or butker a text and then base solely on what you remember after that one read take a test on it that's the exact opposite of what I'm hoping they do but it's a very popular strategy they want to read as fast as I can and get their work done but they are cheating themselves out of so many virginity is to really engage the understanding that work and it's showing in their their responses of their test scores the remind them that the goal isn't to read fast their goal is to read slowly their goal is to interact what's a text and those questions are there in the passage is there so they should go back and use that information to answer their their questions that is the biggest skill that we're focusing on it's not asking them to use text evidence now but it's coming we're building up to that UCLA will be something that I'm trying to keep consistent so we build some confidence we build some endurance in it so to speak and other friends are sending 40 minutes in it which yeah I think some place right in between there is perfect if I had to give you a time I would say 20 to 25 minutes would be kind of right about what they need to spend doing their independent Ela work I think I will hold off on these other things for now I don't want to overload anybody with information all students have been introduced and interacting with readtheory so I won't go too much into that is another adaptive website that we work in that offers shorts fiction passages so I think I'll save that maybe for next week to go more in-depth and some of these so it's not to overwhelm you are there any questions about Ela before I even move on to science I want to give you so much information but not overshare to wear it's overwhelming but I truly could talk about this for 4 hours hi I do have a question I heard that you know that there's a writing part after the kids take the quiz on the new CLA article did all the kids or do the kids know where to go State Fair sorry I don't want to talk over you where do they go for the writing and I showed them on in the class but just in case it's it's still not found there is a blue arrow up in the upper right hand corner in Newsela I'd offer to show you mine but my screen will look different than the student view in the upper right hand corner there's a blue arrow and if you click it'll say activities and that's what I'll find it there questions will naturally pop up but they're writing activity they have to click on that blue arrow and up will come the the writing prompt so I guess if they don't get that right away I'm just reminding them in class or sending emails Google Classroom Communications I'm not counting anybody down for not having that done on time as we're working on navigating through these website okay thank you in and I just have one more I look at a lot I look a lot at the grades is there a specific time during the month that you put the grades in so that I great question and I'll skip down real quick where I have eliminate grades right here because I it said it's a really important part and that way if I talk to you on at least I've got in some of the really important things I'm looking right here illuminate illuminate is the platform that we use to post our grades so students will get a written response from me when I'm craving something on anything in Google Play trim and news Ela I can interact with them and I can say hey this part was right on can you expand on this so on their assignment that's will go to get feedback the quick snapshot their actual you got you know about a  is found on illuminate this is where their grades are for you to look I would probably suggest it this is where you look you get the short version Let Them navigate through all my long-winded responses and feed so that being said news Ela I assign every day and my hope and my suggestion is that students are using the time each day to do it because if is left till the end of the week becomes extremely overwhelming and they tend to just really want to race through it it also robbed them of the opportunity to practice a skill that we just talked about while it's fresh in their mind that being said I know that things come up I know that I don't know for some reason we're sharing dogs birthdays I know and all your grandparents birthdays are as and aunts and uncles become quite a a morning announcement so with all these birthdays that are were celebrating I know that that they become short so I'm not counting them down until the end of the week it makes me so nervous to share that because I'm worried if the kids knew that that they would put it off until Thursday night so I want to say about illuminate is when I created my grade book a section for a specific assignment and I grade about three-quarters of the class and then something happens in my world and I need to step away and attend to that then it looks like somebody has a missing assignment so I hear what you're saying that if you check on Tuesday night and it looks like your child is missing something they may not be it may be that I haven't imported it yet so my suggestion is to on Friday nights I think that would be the best time and the most accurate time I have to keep on track top of my braiding each night otherwise like my weekends would be spent rating as well but my best suggestion is to check on Friday night and know that it's updated at that point does that answer your question yes thank you okay most of them know how to check their grades and eliminate again our view looks different than their view so will Palace restaurant and I will post maybe a step-by-step on Google Classroom how the kids can check their grades I can do it easily through the TV CS website for parents you need a code and that only comes from the office we don't have access to your login information to check illuminate but encouraging the kids and they've been great about it I thought so many email been wanting clarification on something and as busy as it keeps me I love it I'm so proud of them for taking ownership and responsibilities of their grades so Props to for science I'll keep it short and sweet their independent work for science each day is there exit ticket we take notes we watch videos again because I'm sure they get tired of hearing me talk about it so we do a lot of videos because it's visual today we watched conservation of matter we watched you know a piece of paper being burned I obviously can't duplicate that so the videos are an important part of science we take very slowly careful notes in our notebooks students can use those I I would like them to use those and answering any and all exit ticket question their notebooks are handwritten their exit tickets on the computer so I don't worry about them copying and pasting my truly have to think about their answers that they're short and sweet they're usually just a couple questions three at the most so hopefully that's somewhat similar to social studies and that they have a question Beckley relates to our lesson our discussion of the day so again I'm I'm trying to stay on top of those daily but I wouldn't worry if it shows missing until the end of the week all right I guess I big news aside from this great Google add-on that writes in rainbow colors for me is our schedule adjustment I'm not calling it a change because I don't think it's that big of a changed but it's an adjustment Mister laundry and I decided to make again and trying to truly make what's the best situation for each and every one of your families and the kids and looking carefully and long at the pie graph information that came back from your survey was that more than 60% felt our current schedule was not and I don't touch it it was right on the money that potentially those days where we have Performing Arts PE sings. Lengthy make a long story short what we've decided to do for now and will continue to monitor is that in the morning students usually we're getting on at 8:20 and that first 10 minutes was not so instructional but it was more a time to kind of build relationships and take attendance but it still put us at a 70 Minute Mart so we've adjusted that and this will now be getting onto Zoom at 8:30 so we have just an hour of ela and math for that first blocked the 60 Minutes instead of 70 and and they still have their 20-minute break and then start their opposite class so they'll start now Ela however it's only going to be an hour as well it'll just be 60 Minutes not 70 that gives them 10 minutes to take a quick stretch break go to the bathroom still up there water bottles for those days that they rpe so we're hoping that you know that eliminates 20 minutes or reduces Due Time by 20 minutes I'm hoping we're hoping that that you know is is enough that give them a little bit more flexibility in a day without cutting off too much instruction time so I got an 8:30 instead of 8:20 and will be ending the second group 10 minutes early so instead of 11 or done at 7 1050 I also know that we you know we talked regularly and compare schedules and situations with both fourth and sixth grade trying to ensure that you know where we're consistent giving us your feedback again we only know what it looks like from our end or from your feedback but we will continue to Monitor and make adjustments if and when needed but for now I think this hopefully satisfies The Hive majority and set your schedule are there any questions concerns about any of the information we shared schedules academics I have a yes please go ahead with those extras in if you guys could consider possibly doing the afternoon zooms maybe not every day so it's just a thought to think about maybe twice a week or three times a week I know that one not balanced out but it's just a thought so they can get some of their independent work done and not be so in front of the computer as much as just my thought in the suggestion maybe something to play with okay we'll definitely consider that again is we only know what what we think is working until we hear otherwise so absolutely thank you for your your feedback and your suggestion any other suggestions comments concerns open and willing to hear it all we want to truly want to make this fit to what's best for everybody but the kids are doing amazing they truly are giving it their all and we couldn't couldn't be more proud of their efforts your kids are funny there by now I'm probably speaking from the show lingerie and I truly the best part of our days it can be on the side of a CT scans and it all melts away we're having a lot of fun in the situation as much as possible your kids are amazing I kind of have a question and I don't know if it's just my side of the spectrum with my particular child but I like I I love to zoom meetings that they have I honestly don't in my opinion have any problems with the amount of times that they do it but I have noticed that when Connor is on his way he's there and he's listening but he's not actually there so I'm not sure if there's a way for them to be like more called or if it's just reticular tissue but I just noticed that it's almost like he's there but this is all part of distance running which makes it hard but I'm not sure if there's a way around that or a way to help engage that like honestly I have been having some adjustments I emailed Mr laundry about earlier but like I did not realize that Connor supposed to take a note screen is not written really and Nathan down so I'm not sure how to handle like getting him warm cuz I'm icy and we can both give our perspectives first suggestion is or thought is that we do you know encourage the there's a science notebook at least for my class in science and Ela notebooks that I make it very clear when they should be writing something down and having your pencil in your color holding your hand you know and actually participating in the written activity is going to be really important because you're right sitting there looking at the computer screen is really tricky so for them to be sitting up on their workspace interactively working there their work on their desk is helpful we try to break it up with videos because it can be more exciting than you know maybe our own voices all the time we've been doing breakout Ramsey's last couple days and so the kids can take out after microphone and interact with each other and then I get to race around each of the groups and pop in and offer support and double-check that they're on track they seem to be enjoying that it gives them definitely more of a chance to participate and then the two other ways that they can be involved in the class is obviously with their cameras on is important but answering questions offering, and then the chat as well I have the open some of them feel more comfortable answering in the chat so I encourage them to post their questions comments concerns answers in the chat so hopefully they have something visual in front of them Kirby me or you know an activity on the screen a video where they have and they have pencil and paper action going on and they're focusing up if they're answering either verbally or in the chat that would be kind of my my best suggestion right now but with all that being said I get it is so different it's different for teachers it's different for students just sit in their homes Diaz and Susie Astic Henson engaged as well as when we're in our classrooms I don't know if any of that helps and Mister laundry maybe you can add to that as well I'm not sure I have a I thought you said that very well all of those kinds of things that break out rooms at miss you better about the videos I try to bring him into social studies but it's it's an ongoing process trying to find ways to keep it interesting keep a high-energy. exactly the kids everybody get home in the bedrooms or kitchen tables and it's I can't say any better than this Tricia other than just to add that where it is something that we continue to talk about to look at I can keep them interested how can we keep it engaging encourage them to have their colored pencils their pencil their highlighters were taking notes in it as well as doing or editing skills in their packet they got a little arella stickers to put on when they're done just trying any and all ways to give them something to do with their minds and their hands and their bodies while they're sitting in the rims yeah from the teacher side of it and it's hard because there's always work I tried a segment we may be together for 60 Minutes about an hour I try to segments SAU 16 minutes of the we do something else 15 minutes try to break it up into chunks so we're changing it can be difficult sounds like a lot of questions or students are really struggling in that stick with something a little bit longer it's we appreciate you being involved would appreciate you asking for all honestly just knowing that I'm not alone in that it's at least just makes me feel better so thank you I was going to say yeah I know if you don't want to know alone I take a break between Zoom meetings to go check on my kids in the other room and my son has got his head like somehow between his knees underneath the chair I don't know how he works that out but life finds a way word where all and many of us anyway I should say start those at 8:15 next week yeah it's so because we're starting out at 8:30 in the morning yes however it's going to take some of them a little bit longer so my suggestion is if it does take them longer than that 15 minutes in the morning to give it a start the day before would you correct another class I don't take a braid on it we're going through them carefully because it's all new we'll go through it carefully together to correct it so you know them working on it in the morning ideal that way is fresh in their minds it also doesn't really change the schedule that we have in place they're still sitting down at their computer some of the kids were excited to tell me that they already had it finished this morning and then they have you know an extra 10 minutes you know to do whatever they want to do in the morning which is fine too and that was that was our hope is we always use daily grams in the classroom as kind of our early morning start we're taking attendance has teachers because they're settling in this way we were thinking we cut some time off the zoom meeting as Miss Fisher said so they're not staring at the screen or doing that quite as long as they're still starting the school day at roughly the same time so it doesn't impact you as a family hopefully unless you want to give them an extra but that that's entirely up whatever works for you yeah actually like him I agree I think there's so much fun I'm a word nerd and I think all that's like my idea of a good time so hopefully it is you know I think as much as these kids saying that you know they're excited for the weekend and I'm sure they are they love Summers it feels really good to start exercising our brains again and having those opportunities for light bulbs to go off so I'm glad to hear that I miss diagramming sentences flexible with a makeup work like I checked all of my sons stopping on my okay so you turned it in and later on I find out you didn't do something or he didn't take the time to do it and I want how flexible are you guys to doing makeup work or redoing it or just adding more time to it and yeah I'm speaking for math it depends on the assignment I know that Mass has been kind of a point of frustration for some of us because just the way that that program is set up it it recorded if they go on one day or not I don't think the person that's been an issue it's worth of a few Point anyway I would rather students just focus on next day with math notes the videos that they're copying I will check I check the notes the following day if they attach a picture of their notes show me that they did them I give them Five Points at a five if they you marked it as done but didn't give me a picture that I trust them and I give them three out of five if they leave it completely blank I will give them a zero but if as you say you look at it later in the week you realize if the student comes to me hey I went in and I did these notes there's a picture of them I don't have a problem going back in and giving them giving them the score but I usually it has to be done before the next test so if I missed something with say on Tuesday of this week and they didn't take notes on the video that didn't turn it in if they want credit on that I would want them to have it done before the test next Friday because at that point after that test we're moving on to a different unit and it's been recorded it's time for the most part social studies homework is kind of the same thing if I check it every day if they have it done they get two points if they got part of it to get one point in this at 0 if the student comes to me later and says hey I said I did it now I'll go back and look at it but it has to be usually before the test once we get to Friday then I'm going through and I'm recording everything if you ever have a concern if there's anything in particular and massive social studies curious about let me know and we'll take a look at it that's my general policy though I'm late work I'll let you for a language arts in some aspects for ELA right now because I'm giving for the most part and extension already that to have it done by the end of the week without losing points that's kind of my hard cut off and the big reason is because I'm grading 60 writing responses on 60 paragraph and to do that to keep on top of it daily and then I go back with a fine-tooth comb on Friday to catch all the ones that were turned in late you know it would be unrealistic and unsustainable to continue to go back and regrade those 60 twice when it's something that I'm doing daily I have 60 Daily Paragraph to read and respond so Friday is my cousin cut off for that and then as far as any of the multiple-choice reading comprehension question is difficult to allow them to go back and change it because then it becomes just more of a process of elimination and not necessarily learning something brand new taking a closer look at it that being said keep in mind that when they're doing their reading comprehension they have the answers right there they have the text in the passage so the only reason potentially that it wouldn't go well is it the rushing screw so jelly that's kind of kind of where we are the science that exit ticket similar boat in that because it that quick capture what we did that day if it goes on much beyond the rest of the week it becomes a goose chase for them to go back through their science notebooks re-watch a zoom to figure out what it was we were talking about and then answer it and Google Classroom again because those are open-ended responses I do 60 of those with comments and praise every day so I don't I don't like saying no but Fridays kind of my cut off should something come up and you know your student is missing or absent a day I completely understand that's a different story mrs. Fisher tell me if I'm speaking out of turn but I'll say to and there's no sound weird coming from a teacher baby some of these assignments especially right now is we're getting the hang of things is missing one or two little things stressing about it it's I mean obviously I would love them all to be participating and doing everything this is a really challenging situation for all of us in a normal classroom setting I would expect a kid to miss a day of their video notes or something everyone it just happens to some students it's if we have all these other things. but now we have this going on my general philosophy is if they miss one or two little things I would rather have them focus on just getting into the Habit moving forward and just picking up everything as we go forward rather than going back and feeling like I have to redo everything exactly but a lot of the things I think I maybe just speaking for myself so Miss Fisher please tell me a lot of the things that I've seen students missed our a day of XtraMath the day of extra math is not going to kill their grade and it's not going to kill their understanding of basic facts I wouldn't worry about it too much in his early days it's hard because we've only a star a couple of you got this email from your already in there so few things in the Gradebook that one little thing is missing at 6 that's not that is not representative of where the shooting if we're balance of do we give you too much information or too little information it's and I am the first to say I have not found that balance yet I would agree that as of right now there's only three or four things in the Gradebook it looks very scary if they're missing two of them are really meant to Small Things tests obviously but I don't think we have a lot of trouble with the kids missing test right now I will record homework at the end of the week on Friday or Saturday some of us do that is because if a student miss the extra math or hidden picture of the notes one day the rest of the week kind of evens it out they get maybe 43 out of 45 points doesn't look as bad but I'm rambling again this is just we don't want to become busy work we want them to understand want them to feel comfortable the concept and we want them to feel that they're getting the gray that they deserve that they earn so that's why we try to be flexible on that but otherwise exactly look at what's going on today with the what's going on tomorrow and just filled the better have it season for work okay thank you.
