Application for Leadership at TVCS

I appreciate your interest in being part of TVCS’s Leadership classes. Being in Leadership allows you to develop your leadership skills through activities planned and run by you and your classmates. It is an important job that requires effort, dedication, and responsibility. It will be rewarding, give you great memories, and allow you to be involved in school.

If accepted into Leadership, you will participate in this class for one semester. You will have the opportunity to make a difference and benefit the lives of every student at TVCS. During the semester, you will be given many opportunities to organize school events and participate in other class activities.

Leadership Requirements:

• Must have and retain at least a 2.5 GPA. 
• Must be a role model in academics and behavior - No major behavior consequences.
• You must be willing to work hard, be responsible, and help create a classroom environment where everyone works together to accomplish our goals.

There are three parts to this application:

• Sign (student and parent) the participation agreement saying that you understand your responsibilities as a member of Leadership and are willing to work hard.

• Have two teachers that know you best complete the Recommendation Form. They will put it in our teacher's mailbox once complete.

• Complete the interview process with Mr. Rojas and Coach Hauser.
