Thank you for your interest in volunteering at TVCS!
Please read our Volunteer Handbook & Application in its entirety and complete the electronic volunteer application in our Raptor security system. You will be asked to sign that you have read, understand and acknowledge all the information contained in our handbook and that you will abide by all the terms outlined within the Volunteer Handbook, as well as the Parent/Student Handbook.
New volunteers will be required to complete the electronic volunteer application, have cleared Live Scan fingerprint results on file at TVCS, and attend an induction meeting. A sign-up for induction meetings will be available next week.
Returning volunteers are required to complete the electronic volunteer application.
Both new and returning volunteers are required to show either proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or show a negative COVID-19 test (taken at a physician’s office or clinic) no more than 6 days prior to volunteering. This requirement is subject to change per CDPH and CDE guideline updates.
Also, please note that all volunteers must wear a mask on campus while in any classroom or building, whether students are present or not.
Once all the volunteer requirements are met, an email will be sent letting you know that you are an approved volunteer. School staff will see that you are listed as an approved volunteer. At that time, you may reach out to teachers and other staff members to find out what help they may need and to let them know how you are interested in helping.
