Section 504

TVCS provides accommodations and support for students with physical or mental impairments that substantially limit a major life activity.

Under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, eligible students receive a 504 Plan that outlines individualized accommodations to support access to learning. Plans are developed in collaboration with families and reviewed annually.
